The Hospitality Academy is a 12-week immersive program designed to prepare students for thriving careers in the retail, service, and hospitality industries. Inspired by the Forbes model of excellence, this track offers a high-touch, hands-on approach that combines professional training with personal development — tailored to meet the needs of under-resourced communities.
In today’s evolving economy, hospitality is more than customer service — it’s leadership, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and operational strategy. The Hospitality Academy helps students master these essential components while building confidence, communication skills, and a strong professional presence.
Students will be trained in:
• Customer service and experience design
• Retail operations and visual merchandising
• Luxury service delivery and hospitality etiquette
• Technology tools for modern service environments
• Event-driven retail and pop-up activations
• Team leadership, communication, and conflict resolution
Our holistic training model includes real-world simulations, mentorship from industry professionals, and access to our community co-working and training spaces. Whether students aim to manage a high-end boutique, coordinate branded events, or provide elevated customer experiences, this academy ensures they are ready, recognized, and respected in any professional setting.
This track also supports personal growth — integrating wellness practices, career coaching, and financial literacy to prepare students not just for jobs, but for long-term, upward mobility in the hospitality sector.
At the Hospitality Academy, we don’t just teach service — we empower students to lead with it.
